This deck has a few ways of working and they all pretty much revolve around Xenograft and token spitting via Krenko's command and Krenko himself. If you get Xenograft out and choose Goblin as the creature type, then you can start using things like insurrection and act of treason to activate goblin related abilities using your opponents creatures. Skirk prospectors are very useful for this as you can sacrifice goblins to add one red mana to your mana pool for each goblin you sacrifice and that can cover the cost for insurrection depending on how many creatures your opponent has. Also, you can use insurrection to take all their creatures and then use voracious dragon to devour them all and deal loads of damage to your opponent using their own creatures.
