The fastest way I've found to win in mono red. Wins on turn 3-5 by comboing Godo with helm of the hosts. It's fast and reliable because it relies on one card in hand + commander combos to win.

Lines to equipping Helm of Hosts:

Magnetic Theft + 7 mana: Cast Godo, search for Helm of Hosts, cast Magnetic Theft to equip Helm of Hosts to Godo

Strionic Resonator + 8 mana: Cast Godo, copy the etb trigger with Strionic Resonator, search for Hammer of Nazhan first and Helm of Hosts second, equip Helm of Hosts with the triggered ability.

Panharmonicon + 6 mana: Cast Godo, the etb trigger is copied from Panharmonicon, search for Hammer of Nazhan first and Helm of Hosts second, equip Helm of Hosts with the triggered ability.

Twinflame or Heat Shimmer + 8 or 9 mana: Cast Godo, search for Hammer of Nazhan, cast Twimflame or Heat Shimmer, use the copy Godo to search for Helm of Hosts and attach it to the original with the triggered ability.

Brass Squire + 6 Mana: Cast godo, search for Helm of Hosts, equip it to Godo with Brass Squire.

11 Mana: Cast Godo, search for Helm of Hosts, equip Helm of Hosts.

Winning after equiping Helm of Hosts:

Go to combat, Helm of Hosts triggers giving you a copy of Godo. Use the copy of Godo to search for Hammer of Nazhan if you don't have it out, otherwise search for Conqueror's Flail. Attack with the copy of Godo, granting an extra combat phase. Go to combat, Helm of Hosts triggers giving you a copy of Godo. Repeat above and search out every equipment in your deck and equip them (Using Hammer of Nazhan) to the original Godo.

Equipment Breakdown:Helm of Hosts: Infinite combat combo if you can get it equipped to Godo. Essential

Hammer of Nezhan: Increases the consistancy of equipping Helm by giving us more cards that can help. Essential

Conqueror's Flail: If you're playing this deck against people for the first time, grabbing flail can catch them out before they realize what's going on. If you play in a consistent playgroup you might want to replace Flail with another card. Semi-Essential

Argentum Armor: Blows up pillowfort pieces or anything preventing you from winning the game. Essential

Sword of Vengeance: Gives Godo much needed haste and vigilance to allow the original to attack the turn he comes in as well as attack each combat that turn. Essential

Grafted Exoskeleton: Break through high life totals or blockers that dont go away. Semi-essential

Rest of the deck:

The best card draw and filtering in red. Gamble, just about every looting effect, pseudo wheels, and actual Wheel of Fate.

Fast mana artifacts and rituals to power out the combo (Including Treasonous Ogre which can win you the game if it resolves, Imperial Recruiter to fetch Ogre or Simian Spirit Guide).

Artifact removal, sweepers and non-basic hate to mess with your opponents.

Some blue hate: Pyroblast/Red Elemental Blast/Ricochet Trap/Burnout.

Extra Turns: Final Fortune/Last Chance/Warrior's Oath, especially Final Fortune to sneak a turn in while everybody is tapped out.

Looking for Suggestions. Mono red doesn't have great cEDH options, so the new Godo combo can hopefully get there. Description is a work in progress as I refine and find time to type things out.
