Unfortunately, deathtouch doesn't quite work like you have been thinking, so a lot of the crazy combos you have come up with won't work out. It only works with combat damage - strictly damage dealt using the creature's power during combat:

702.2b. Any nonzero amount of combat damage assigned to a creature by a source with deathtouch is considered to be lethal damage, regardless of that creatures toughness.

I'm guessing this rule is going to change this build a lot, because it makes a lot of the creatures in the deck much worse than you thought (e.g., Ronin Cliffrider ). If you're looking for suggestions to replace these creatures I'd be happy to help. Red has some pretty fun options. :P

I like the Darksteel Sentinel idea, that would get pretty painful in a hurry. Also, I'm sure you're aware of this and didn't include them for budget reasons, but I have to say it. Godo wants the swords: Sword of Fire and Ice and Sword of Light and Shadow .

Basically any mono-red EDH deck should be running either Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon . These two cards screw with other decks SO badly that they are basically auto-includes in mono-red builds.

"702.2c. A creature with toughness greater than 0 thats been dealt damage by a source with deathtouch since the last time state-based actions were checked is destroyed as a state-based action. See rule 704."

It's not just limited to combat damage.

...my bad. I can't believe I missed that somehow when I was reading the rules about it. Well, the other comment still stands at least. :P

Something a lot of people who use Butcher Orgg overlook is that the creatures don't have to be blocking, with that said Sword of Kaldra has always been my favorite thing to do with Butchee. Also works wonders with a Trampling Balefire Dragon

Also, Godo only untaps itself and Samurai so......you are only attacking with him and 2 other creatures each combat, try using Scourge of the Throne or even Aggravated Assault. All in all though I really like the deck. For a really fun equipment/Vultron deck I'd use Ruhan of the Fomori or Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer as a general. Either one opens you up to using Puresteel Paladin, Nahiri, the Lithomancer and Leonin Shikari, which are all amazing.

Some possible combinations you might not have thought of;

Grafted Exoskeleton + Purphoros, God of the Forge (or any equipment that gives infect). Lay 5 creatures and win the game.

Conjurer's Closet for flickering Godo and getting more equipment. Nim Deathmantle is also another option for this if you sharpshooter yourself and have the mana you can get all your equipment out.

I'll think about Conjurer's Closet Wildroses. Getting more equipment sounds pretty sweet. Re-equipping Godo might become a pain in the butt next turn but I'll see.

Thanks for the exoskeleton but I'm not a fan of infect in EDH.
