With the release of Theros: Beyond Death, there are now enough gods in Magic to make a god tribal deck. My goal is to make the deck as closely related to gods as possible. There are four possible commanders I would consider for this deck. Karona, the False God is the closest five color legend thematicaly to a god, and also pumps your gods on attack. However, of the possible commanders this is the worst mechanics wise. The second possible commander is Progenitus. He brings two devotion for each of you gods, and offers an unblockable body for use against the go wide decks. The third potential commander is Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, who can fetch any god in the deck with her activated ability. The forth commander is Golos, Tireless Pilgrim. He brings mana fixing on enerering, and his activated ability lets you play the top three cards for free, offering card advantage. I chose Golos for the commander off the power of his mana fixing, but likley will try the other three options at various points.

Cards in the sideboard are current flavor cards that I am cutting for ramp, and some other utility spells. I am trying to keep the godly theme as much as possible, while improving the playability of the deck. The biggest issue that faces this deck is that until you have a board presence, most of your creatures are not really creatures.
