Current combos:

High Tide + Palinchron or Extraplanar Lens + Palinchron = Infinite Mana. Throw that at Braingeyser to take someone out immediately. Sink it into Treasure Trove , or Arcanis the Omnipotent or any tapper that draws enchanted with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura . Pitch Kozilek, Butcher of Truth during the process to keep it going. Turn Toothy sideways.

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter or even Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Mind Over Matter + Kozilek, Butcher of Truth = infinite card draw. Turn Toothy sideways.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + a mana rock like Mana Vault or Thran Dynamo = Infinite mana.

Paradox Engine + Isochron Scepter + Reality Shift will exile entire libraries. LOL...nope.

Timestream Navigator + Helm of the Host gives you infinite turns.

My opinion on the power level of this deck using the Command Zone scale: This is a tough one to rate, as it's an attempt at a cEDH mono-blue Toothy. It's difficult to say how close to the optimized build this is, since there are not many examples of mono-blue Toothy in the wild. It's essentially the cEDH version of Standard's Mono-Blue Tempo deck floating around on Arena. Toothy wants to draw cards and aggro your face, backing it up with control, but it also does some EDH-ey things like combo off out of nowhere. It is a fast combo deck, but lacks some tutors and the optimal fast mana rocks to make it optimal. I would also have to swap for a few of the more competitive counter magics to increase its effectiveness. I'm going to put this one at 7.5.
