This is my first deck,i've ever played with. i started with the Dimir Dementia set and made a couple of changes.

Of course, milling is the primary objective of this deck, but i added some ways to this deck to provide other ways to win.

with my opponents graveyard growing and growing, wight of precingt six and consuming aberation are my tanks, obviously.

vampire nighthawk can be used in different ways, depending on the game situation. with the deathtouch ability it is a nice blocker or can be used offensivly, especially if i cipher paranoid delusion on it, to keep the mill engine running.

jaces phantasm is the other creature i like to put my cipher spells on

duskmantle guildmage is there to support, and to bring out the death combo with mindcrank.

since i ran out of cards many times during midgame i added pilfered plans to it, plus: its another mill card. same goes for whispering madness.

if i have no luck with successfull milling i have midnight recovery,which allows me to sacrifice creatures in order to block, since i can just get them back on the field the next turn (if cipher triggers of course)

So tell me what you think about this deck and it can be improven. NOTE: I'd like to keep this a low budget deck :/
