while im aware this deck is 66 cards, since a fair amount go into the grave, im not too worried about the count. the main idea here is using corpsejack menace's counter doubling.
--Creatures--
as for creatures, dreg mangler is a cheap powerful haste, with a nice late game scavenge (likely worth 6 or 12 counters with a corpsejack or 2),boneyard wurm for all of the creatures you kill /mill yourself, primordial hydra for being entirely counter based (enters with double counters for corpsejack, likely more than that, and doubles its double counters). mikaeus is for undying everything (sacrifice or have it be killed while a corpsejack menace lives for double counters), guaranteed living of boneyard wurm or primordial hydra (assuming your grave is exiled or primordial hydra is exiled at anytime and returns), and sheer awesome. strangleroot geist for built in undying, sewer shambler for cheap scavenge, bloodflow connoisseur for unlimited sacrifice ability to activate tragic slip/howl of the hungerpack morbid, and slitherhead for cheap 1 drop, free scavenge, and perfect sacrifice bait (sac it, then scavenge for free).
--Instants and Sorceries--
grisly salvage and mulch are both for moving cards about quicker (particularly into the grave). Hunger of the howlpack is cheap and almost guaranteed 3 counters through bone splinters and altars reap, and tragic slip can kill most indestructibles in standard. treasured find pulls cards from the grave if you mill something important, golgari charm has many awesome uses, and jarad's orders are nice for collecting corpsejack menaces, mikaeus, or primordial hydra while tossing a cheap (or free) scavenge into the grave.
