So, I did a ton of trades yesterday to get the main cards I needed/wanted for this deck to be viable. It's a modified version of Mike Cannon's 'Death Stars' deck that can be found at: http://www.gatheringmagic.com/mikecannon-052614-rebuilding-the-death-star/.

The main help I need with this deck now is what to cut. I think all of it synergizes well, but I'm still in build mode where I'm hesitant to kill any of my darlings. The deck is at 68 cards. I'd like to cut it down to 60. Suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help. Please keep in mind that I really don't want to buy anything else for this deck because of my tight budget. I'd be willing to throw 5-10$ into it, tops. i have a large collection, so hopefully your suggestions, if they are replacements, include cards i already have.

Lastly, I was trying to figure out why Mike Cannon's mana base was so low for this deck, but never made any real conclusions. Decided to include Rogue's Passage to give those Nemesis of Mortals (with Whip of Erebos, hopefully) a way to get through. Anybody know why, or have better suggestions for the current mana base?
