Based around milling creatures into the graveyard to pump up Splinterfright and Jarad. Early game, get out Lotleth Troll and pump him up by discarding non-needed creatures and Slitherhead (which can be used to scavenge onto Treacherous Pit-Dweller to get rid of undying). Late game, you can attack and then sacrifice big creatures like Splinterfright to deal massive damage at once.

This deck is not quite budget, but still as cheap as possible while not gimping the strategy.
