The goal is to set up an early game Bayou Groff to start swinging for big damage on turn 2 before shifting gears into a more grindy strategy until either killing or out valuing opponents. The plan is as follows:

T1 Khalni Garden or one of the 1 drop creatures with benefits when they die

T2 Bayou Groff

T3 Go with Rancor for trample and start swinging, at this point the deck can start setting up for a more grindy deckplay, casting low cost creatures to sac for cards off Village Rites or for more power with Mortician Beetle, Carrion Feeder, or Bloodthrone Vampire. Putrid Leech is a good option for getting damage through, especially with Rancor

Use Innocent Blood to quickly power up Mortician Beetle, reduce the amount of blockers in your way, and set up morbid for Hunger of the Howlpack or Tragic Slip

Unearth lets you essentially reset a sacrificed creature, I recommend Young Wolf or Nested Shambler because you can get 2 sacrifices from one creature, essentially doubling your value
