Meren of Clan Nel Toth is technically the first commander deck I bought and also so far, the only one I've bought. I have my eyes on Atraxa but that's a different deck. There's really only a couple "win-cons" for this deck.

Win-con 1 is very beat face tactics and is a midgame win if you can get all your combo pieces out. The best pieces for this combo are Butcher of Malakir and It That Betrays. They have the most amazing synergy. If you have something like Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar, you could (In worst case scenario) sacrifice Butcher, forcing your opponents to sacrifice something that immediately comes to your field. Obviously this synergy is intended for more than just those two creatures but whatever else you have on your field is up to you. Small resurrectable creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder, Spore Frog, Vampire Hexmage, or for some extra damage Phyrexian Plaguelord, are all perfect for this synergy with their easy sacrifice abilities. Enemy has a pesky Planeswalker? Sacrifice Hexmage and now they dont. Some is swinging at you? Spore Frog just shits out a fog and everything goes away. Need land? Sakura and you get just that (tapped though). Obviously theres other options. Mycoloth is a viable back up.
So number 2 isn't really much of a win-con but can set you up for a lot of easy win conditions. Easiest explanation is having Corpsejack Menace and/or Panharmonicon on the field, and then dropping a Mycoloth with a couple counters on it. Lets say you drop Mycoloth and both Panharmonicon and Corpsejack Menace are on the field, on his first ETB you sacrifices 2 creatures. This would normally net you four +1/+1 counters, but because of Corpsejack it would double it to eight. Panharmonicon lets you do this again since Devour 2 does read "As it enters the battlefield...", and then you can sacrifice 1 or 2 more and that would net four and eight respectively. Hopefully you can see where this leads. A +16/+16 Mycoloth means 16 Saprolings every turn which you can do with as you please. My suggeston is cough cough a simple Black Market and Ashnod's Altar and killing all those saprolings. ALL THE MANA POSSIBLE.

Honestly, Green and Black are my favorite colors and I work recursion into everyone of my decks. Point and case: My Goblins Deck.

There is a lot of fun and combo's in this deck and I'll be adding them to here as I find them/remember them.

I found a potential turn 4-6 win con that I hate but I also know I won’t win unless I get more competitive. So I’m going to be cutting Verderous Gearhulk, Lilliana, Greenwarden of Murasa, Quarry Beetle, and Altar’s Reap to all be replaced with Buried Alive, Entomb, Diabolic Tutor, Increasing Ambition and probably another sac outlet.

Reason being is that in recent play through I’ve found Meren far too slow for competing against even the most late game of decks that have mild control elements. I found an infinite mill combo with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Extractor Demon + Puppeteer Clique (any persist card actually but I have PC) and a sac outlet. So perfect setup is: Turn 1: Swamp > Sol Ring > Signet Turn 2: Land > Buried Alive, searching out the three creatures for the combo, play a cheap creature Turn 3: Play a sac outlet and find a way to tutor out Victimize, sac the creature for Mik and PC, unearth Extractor Demon and mill forever.

Will it ever be a turn three win? Idk the odds but they’re there nonetheless.

Realistically it’s probably a turn 8 or so win which sucks ass but I tried.
