Possibly a post RtR take on the good old Rock archetype. We are loaded with early removal and a small ramp package to accelerate things if we happen to be on the offensive instead. The early ramp also is there to save us in case we need a T4 Thragtusk. Between Thragtusk//Vampire Nighthawk and the full Mutilate package combined with lots of spot removal, we should not die to early aggro.

Desecration Demon is the pet card for this deck, but I think with the right deck build he can shine. Curse of Death's Hold curves out perfectly right behind him to ensure that they cannot sacrifice worthless chumps to him.

Vraska the Unseen by the same token as the demon works well in a deck where you can repeatedly clear the field of creatures. She is there to nuke the big things your removal misses, especially enemy walkers. Her ultimate becomes fairly useful too following a Mutilate .

Liliana of the Dark Realms is a very strong win-con in here with just about any of the creatures. She can pump anything to hit hard, or in a pinch she can add as extra spot removal.

Thragtusk especially belongs in here as both stabilizer and potential win-con threat, he plays great with Mutilate in that you'll still have something left over to pump with Liliana of the Dark Realms .
