definitely put some Kalonian Hydra in and also take out the Wild Beastmaster s as they don't really seem to fit the golgari theme.

Wild Beastmaster could work in a Golgari theme if you were able to scavenge onto her before an all out assault. However, she's probably going to be removed, or worse yet, someone's going to hydroblast her and kill all your creatures. For a converted mana cost of 3, she just doesn't cut it. Especially since there's Dreg Mangler out there, which is approximately 800% more amazing.

I suggest,

-2 Wild Beastmaster

-1 Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

+3 Dreg Mangler

You could probably take out one additional Varolz, the Scar-Striped for an additional Dreg Mangler or another Desecration Demon

I don't see the synergy of Elixir of Immortality in a scavenge deck. Also, I have never really had much success with Wild Beastmaster , but that's just me.

Dreg Mangler is awesome, Lifebane Zombie can great in the side or even mained. It has evasion, trades well, and is good scavenge food for Varolz, the Scar-Striped . Witchstalker is another side option for the control match-up, but I doubt you have room.

pretty nice but I don't see why you don't put a playset of Deadbridge Goliath in there I'd go with that over Jarad. Also a deck with this much scavenge capability I'd put in something unblockable like Spire Tracer or Deathcult Rogue and Crowned Ceratok for giving everything trample. Some unblockable damage can be done with those lands of yours, but it's good to have more then one unblockable creature
