This deck is my plan for FNM tonight and goes off on the combo of big creature + Essence Harvest. Hoping it will perform as well as it did in playtesting, but going into a meta that I have never played in before is always risky.

Round 1 - Bant Control (0-2) First game I only had 2 lands and he ramped into a Tamiyo pretty quickly and I just couldn't keep up with him. Garruk and Thragtusks finished me off. Second game was going better with 2 Demons out when he O-ringed one and sphered the other. Ended up losing against both, but not the best draws.

Round 2 - Monored Guttersnipe (2-0) First game went exactly as it should have with a rancored Demon out with an essence harvest in my hand. The guy didnt stand a chance. Game two went the same way.

Round 3 - Golgari Selfmill (1-2) Game 1 started off with a great hand and pretty soon my Essense Harvests were gaining me enough life that nothing he put out mattered. I pulled all the removal that I needed and never allowed him to establish a good board presence. Game 2 had a similar start to Game 1, but a Vraskra destroyed my Demon and he eventually raised a Primordial hydra up to the power it needed to one-shot me. Game 3 began with an agressive start with 2 demons and 2 essence harvests that brought him down to 1. The only problem arose when he sac'd a ghoultree to disciple of Bolas and drew 10 cards, giving him what he needed to win and the life to do it. Ended up dying to a Kessig Cagebreakers with 13 creatures in the yard.

Round 4 - ? (2-0) The guy conceded because he had to leave but forgot to drop.
