Infect is only good in legacy right now. You can play Berserk and just murder face with blue and green. Blighted Agent ?

nayaftw I'm trying to keep this budget, so Inkmoth Nexus won't work. As for the other two I'm trying to keep it simple and clean. Blue green infect though...hmmmm maybe.... Thanks for the suggestions anyways!!

Pump Infect doesn't need 22 lands unless it's running Cathedral of War . 22 lands means you will average 3.5 lands in your first 3 turns, which is too many. If you would go down to 21, you would go down to an average of 3.3, which you still don't want. You only really need 3 lands to operate, so you'll want to get this number as close to 3 as possible. With 19 lands, you will average 3.0047 lands in your first 3 turns, which is ideal. Thus, you will want 19 lands.
You also only need 2-3 creatures to work with. Ideally, you will have a creature down turn 2, with 1 extra in your hand in case of removal. With 18 creatures, you will average 2.55 creatures in your first 2 turns. Again, too many. You will want to go down to about 14, which will give you 1.98. Tormented Soul is bad in this deck anyway, since he needs a Tainted Strike to be effective. Take both of these cards out for Vines of Vastwood /Apostle's Blessing . Apostle's Blessing can give your cards unblockability most of the time, and doubles as a protection spell. Vines of Vastwood can be used as protection and a pump spell.
Also, you will want hand disruption. The main reason for using black in infect is for access to Thoughtseize /Inquisition of Kozilek or any other discard spell. I know that some of these cards are expensive, but they are really your only option against Melira Pod/Burn/Zoo/any other deck that runs removal. This version of infect will end up needing them.
Lastly, Rancor is an amazing card for this deck, because if the creature dies, it comes back to your hand and you get to use it again. You should probably mainboard at least 2. Giant Growth isn't a great card, so maybe you should replace some copies with Rancor s.

Hey Programmer_112 thanks for the comment! I see what you mean about the lands so I'll cut it down to 20, since 19 seems a bit bare to me, and it will give me less chances to use the Landfall part of Groundswell . I'll definitely remove the Tormented Soul s and the Tainted Strike s. Inquisition of Kozilek will also be added since Thoughtseize is too pricey. But yeah, overall your suggestions were great and I'll be incorporating a lot of them. Thanks!

SpadezPro Unfortunately Invigorate isn't modern legal, which is why it's on the maybe board for casual play. Otherwise though, that card is awesome in this deck.

Invigorate . That is all I have to say.
