This deck is the child of na old deck of mine + some (quite a lot) ideas from a friend (Rodrigo Samurai, many thanks) + ideas from this article (https://articles.edhrec.com/general-medicine-tapping-into-untapped-potential/) from Robin Kaas (thanks a lot).

Yes, this is a voltron deck. But it have something more about it. Yes, your main goal is to knock out opponents by commander damage, but you will have tons of fun to achieve this goal. You will not reach 100% win rate with this deck, if this is what you are looking for, sorry. If you are about nice iteractions, clever answers to threatens and FUN lots of fun playing, then welcome. Now I will dissecate the deck.

  1. the general: Ojutai is awsome. He (maybe she, look at the comments) is so generous. He gives you evasion, protection and card advantage (actually his antecipate like ability is even better than straight card draw). When combined with [sensei´s divining top] and [scroll rack] you have a nice top deck manipulation engine.

  2. Vigilance: the bulk of the deck consist in give vigilance to Ojutai somehow and start to beat faces unchalenged. Yes, pretty straightforward. Keep in mind that: 1) you want to face as few enemies as possible, so dont hesitate to knock a foe out of the game. 2) dont push a fight with every player in the table, it is easy to pist off players if you start to beat up faces, focus on one, preferable the most hated or feared on the table. Dont roll dices to chose your target, use strategy, negotiate. And remember, you need that antecipate effect.

  3. Extra turns: Yes, extra turns. Abuse the use of extra turns when you are set upfor victory, life is low, an end is approaching. This is the time to use mission briefing to recast your time warp or temporal manipulation.

  4. Answers: you have answers playing in blue and white, but they are somehow short in this deck, the main goal is to make then last. Select what you are responding, make your opponents be affraid of your two up islands, bluff, play a little poker here. Save your big guns (unexpectedly abscent, cyclonic rift) for big threats. Time your counters, specially mana drain and render silent that can give you some valuable resources. render silent is good to finish a bad ass player.

  5. Tutors: Hey, you are a teacher afterall. A good use of your tutors can save the day. Trinket mage will 95% of time fetch you sensei divining top, Enlightened tutor will give you Rhystic study or some "general" vigilance source, don´t waste him on auras or equipment, you have stoneforge mystic, and open the armory for those.

  6. Recursion: this deck is not heavy on recursion but sun titan, buried ruins and mission briefing can save the day on a late game.

  7. What about those flying bastards?: Rogue´s passage, steel of the god head can make you pass through flying creatures, I took whispersilk cloak off because the cost and redudancy with Ojutai.
