Can I have some colors in my monoblack deck please?

Gonti:I don't see why not...

MAIN STRATEGY: In the visible spectrum, black is the absorption of all colors. So this is what this deck does! It abuses Gonti's ETB effect in order to gain access to our opponent's stuff. Then it uses black's ability to produce big mana to cast them.

ETB TRIGGERS ABUSE: Our goal is to make the most out of Gonti's ETB ability.Unfortunately Black's arsenal doesn't involve flick effects, that is a more UW thing.Nevertheless what the thing Black does very well among others is senting creatures to graveyards (sacrificing your stuff, killing other peole's stuff) and then returning them to your hand or graveyard (recursion,reanimation).So we are planning to play a bunch of creatures with powerful ETB abilities, sent them to our graveyard and then return them to our hand or battlefield.Our aim is to have more triggers to handle than a pilot in his airplane cockpit.

• DOUBLE VALUE: Τhings like Panharmonicon,Conjurer's Closet,Strionic Resonator,Helm of the Host provide additional value for every ETB trigger.
• SAC OUTLETS : Most of our creatures arent useful to us alive after their triggered abilities have resolved. So we are using cards like Ashnod's Altar, Viscera Seer, Phyrexian Tower, High Market to get our creatures in our graveyard in order to reanimate them, while we squeeze some extra value out of them. Moreover some of our ceatures ETB abilities enables us to kill our creatures likePlaguecrafter,Fleshbag Marauder,Disciple of Bolas,Vulturous Aven
• REANIMATION PACKAGE: After our creatures have done their cool ETB triggers and have hit the graveyard its time for them to do it again!Phyrexian Reclamation,Palace Siege,Entomber Exarch bring creatures from your graveyard back into our hand, while Victimize,Dance of the Dead,Necromancy,Beacon of Unrest,Reanimate allow us to return them in the battlefield.

MANA RAMP: We are playing monoblack so we ought to take advantange of its ability to produce a ton of mana.This way we can cast our hand faster, we can play our opponent's win conditions, that we have stolen with Gonti before they do and if nothing seems to work play some big X spells to steal the game.

• BIG MANA: The key to produce an absurd amount of black mana is Cabal Coffers. After 4 swamps every swamp you play becomes a Sol Ring.Cabal coffer's best friend Urborg,tomb of Yawgmoth makes every land we play a swamp making non basics count for Cabal Coffers ability.Also we are running a solid number of black permanents, so Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx most of the time will be able to produce a lot of mana.Thespian's Stage and Mirage Mirror serve as a second and third copy of Cabal Coffers or even Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.Cabal Stronghold is a weaker version of Cabal Coffers because its ability requires one more mana to activate and only counts the basic swamps so it's a nonbo with Urborg,tomb of Yawgmoth.
