R/B Punisher Ramp! Originally made to ramp because of how expensive the general is (and how often he's going to be killed - I guarantee it). The deck focuses on using permanents that 'tax' opponents with life loss or damage for things like casting spells, playing lands, or drawing cards, and ramps up to high-impact x-cost sorceries that cause massive life-loss for the entire table. Definitely leverages life total heavily to make the strategy work, and isn't afraid to deal a lot of damage to itself; uses a bit of life-gain to conteract this though.

Currently looking for a card to cut for Lighting Greaves if anyone has ideas.
