Yeah, but its 6 mana. Would you recommend running 2 Dragonlord's Prerogative? It was in an older build, but found it to be stuck in my hand more often than not. I guess with all the discard and madness stuff, it may be ok. Can just pitch it to Tormenting Voice if necissary. I'll give it a go. Thanks.

+2 Dragonlord's Prerogative, +1 Secure the Wastes (I like X spells. Relevant late, or early)

I'm not a fan of Epiphany at the Drownyard like I thought I would be initially. I ended up taking it out of my Grixis and Esper builds. Personally I like Anticipate much better, but if you're looking for big card draw, Dragonlord's Prerogative is also a thing.
