This deck is a bit slow and can easily be disrupted early by counterspells, removal, and burn. It isn't intended to see truly competitive play. However, it does well in more casual circles I've noticed. The premise is pretty simple -- donate Abyssal Persecutor to your opponent. If they have no way to get rid of it, they'll eventually lose or tie via something like Gideon of the Trials emblem. In case it isn't fast enough though, you can donate a Demonic Pact once 3 out of 4 of the triggers that don't lose the game are used up. Then they will lose to the upkeep trigger.

Liquimetal coating is used to allow the Bazaar trader to donate the Demonic Pact at instant speed if need be, and Immortal Coil will offer you protection from damage -- infinitely, in the event that your opponent already controls the Persecutor, and it may assist in draws. The Pact of Negations and Glorious Ends, meanwhile, are there to stop your opponent from trying to get rid of the Abyssal Persecutor or other cards. There's no blue mana in the deck, and Glorious End has a lose the game trigger, so you can't really use them until your opponent already controls the Abyssal Persecutor. And the Mindslaver is extra insurance, particularly if you've just donated a Demonic Pact and you want to ensure your opponent doesn't try upkeep shenanigans.
