Ramp, make salamanders, steal salamanders, swing with big things and have fun

Relatively simple plan.

Firstly you want to be ramping throughout the game. Get a bunch of lands in play because it's a surprise tool to help us later. Always use a ramp spell

While this is going on, bring out your commander and be the generous man you are and give away salamanders to people. Play a political game. You have ways to protect yourself with Imagecrafter, Mistform Mutant, and Unnatural Evolution among others. Just get em out and when your opponents bring a big threat change their biology or something. A fun interaction is making a creature a salamander and then stealing it with Peer Pressure

Control the board. There are a fair number of counter spells in the deck. It's simic and the deck wants to overwhelm late game. Make sure people regret playing the game for some time. Also just for fun I have a mini cascade package and just enjoy spinning the roulette wheel. You may land on a card that wasn't worth the investment but you're playing to have fun with 70$ not facefuck the table.

There's lots of card advantage. By making people's creatures salamanders you can make it so that you can get your board through early. Edric, Bident of Thassa, and Reconnaissance Mission are all here along with Garruk's Uprising among other spells.

Finally just beat them. you have massive sea creature, tokens, stolen creatures, among other cards to overwhelm them. Counter all board wipes and just play politically. Have fun y'all
