Blue/Black (Dimir) mill-control.

My first deck ever. My goals with this deck are to counter their midgame and absolutely dominate their late game with control. I'm having difficulties controlling early game and kind of rely on a good opening hand. I need card draw and removal but dont know how to get it.

Basically I want to prevent them from setting up their win cons and throw down pain-in-the-ass creatures for them to deal with while my planeswalkers and spells empty their library.
