Why Verdant Catacombs? Maybe Rocky Tar Pit instead.

Agreed that it's fun, but I want to gain life too. Havoc Festival is a bit too reckless for my taste

What about Sanguine Bond? You have Exquisite Blood in your deck. One of the most bullshit combos ever!

Have you thought about adding Sire Of Insanity? Seems like it fits the flavor pretty good as well.

I'll have to play it more, but honestly, I can't see wanting to discard my hand every turn

Any reason for not running Honden of Night's Reach if you are already running Honden of Infinite Rage? Thoughts on Eye of Ugin? Cheapens your Eldrazi even more and can tutor some of them given you have nothing else to spend your mana on.

Other good utility lands in your colors include Volrath's Stronghold, Cabal Coffers, and Phyrexian Tower.
Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep is kind of a pet card, it just comes in useful a lot in EDH.

The problem with Eye is it doesn't tap for mana itself. I did originally include it, but cut it due to that reason.
I don't think that the black Holden has a place here, simply due to space. It's cool, but not essential.

If I took my deck and made it more about incremental pains coming from every creature it would look like this. As it is, mine uses several of the ideas in a more controlling direction. Mogis Hellbent.
I like this deck list. It makes it easy to cast Rakdos, all things considered, something that I couldn't do in mine, and he makes the eldrazi just stupidly good. Hit for six, tap, take another one, all my eldrazi spells cost -7 for the turn. Well done, very good synergy. And the best thing is, you found a home for Cryptborn Horror. I've never managed that. Well done indeed. +1

nyctophasm Thanks for the compliment. I'm pretty happy with how the deck is playing. I'll take a look at your deck.

What if you removed Shrine of the Forsaken Gods? TBH, I don't see the point of it if you have to wait until you have 7 lands in order to add one more colorless to your mana pool. BTW, love the deck; so that's a +1 from me. Never could run aggro worth a damn, unless it was R/W Heroic or the likes. I love Izzet stuffs because damage without using a bunch of mana on huge creatures is where I'm most at home.

Why bother with Endbringer when he is literally the only card in the deck that requires a wasteland? Just throwing him in there makes impossible statistical sense when you consider having to balance a third color in for only one card. Go with something like Acorn Catapult if you want to poke them for less mana. Or Angels Trumpet sounds pretty awesome.

Other than that, I like your deck build, because there are a lot of connected pieces that work well together especially in the late game. My idea of Rakdos Pain is more like a "come in, fuck shit up for everyone, even if its yourself" kind of deck where you don't expect to win but by the time you are out you've brought everyone else down with you. I like that this deck does that in a more subtle way. There are costs upon yourself, and hard choices to make about how to spend your mana, but the choices are all juicy.

Ah goddamnit I keep forgetting to add things to my comment before pressing send.I want to know if you are planning to buy these cards, already have them, or what. It would seem highly impractical to buy so many foils and $4-5 cards with $1 alternatives. Maybe that's just the dirt-broke in me speaking but with cards like Mikaeus, The Unhallowed and Solemn Simulacrum, if it were me and I was deciding to buy this deck IRL, I'd have to have either a lot of money or some solid system of winning it back (tournaments, gambling, etc). Still, the deck idea is awesome and sounds fun and I don't want to seem ultra-criticizing of your build because I do like it, but is it possible to compile IRL? If so, by all means, go for it.

Thanks. Endbringer is just too good not to run, and I have plenty of ways to make without going out of my way to get them. as a 5/5 Pinger, Card Draw engine, and Combat Fucker-upper, he's just too juicy.

What you see listed here, is what I have IRL. I already had a lot of these cards in foil, or regular. It wasn't too hard to assemble. Please remember to upvote if you like it :)

I really like the deck - Rakdos, Lord of Riots is one of my favorite cards ever and it makes me happy to see a list that uses him well. One question though: Why not the Eldrazi Titans? Most of the (relatively) little ones you've got are useful, but I'd think that Bane of Bala Ged, Pathrazer of Ulamog and Ulamog's Crusher would rather be the big guys themselves (probably Promised End, Newlamog and original Kozilek).

Graven Cairns, Command Tower, Dragonskull Summit, Smoldering Marsh and Eldrazi Temple seem like the biggest omissions land-wise. Stensia Bloodhall makes sense thematically, but it's so bad I doubt you'll ever use the ability. Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace is good for enabling reanimation shenanigans, but I'm not sure how much you'd want to focus on that.
