I saw this stupid little card and had to make a deck around it. The goal is to cast Aether Rift and either deal 5 or cheat a creature into play each turn. In order to maximize the chances of hitting a creature, every card other than Aether Rift itself is a creature, even the mana sources. This is of course meant for casual kitchen-table play, I highly doubt it will be remotely functional in any sort of competitive environment, though I encourage you to try if you're as deranged as I am.

As far as the creatures go, they really don't matter much beyond the ones that double as mana sources. I'm sure that if you wanted to maximize your chances of victory, you'd fill your deck with Eldrazi or elder dragons or whatnot. Since I don't have the money for that, I went for things that drew cards, had a good ETB, or had some utility from the graveyard. Of course, the creature should be reasonably threatening too in order to put the squeeze on your opponent. Just fill your deck with whatever seems cool to you.
