Blue/Green grafting deck with a splash of proliferate to spice things up. Mid game Primordial Hydra is a force to be reckoned with since almost all of my creatures have graft I can safely land him on the field for 2 mana and let my creatures put counters on him for me leaving the rest of my mana open to play counters as needed. Also if I have Plaxcaster Frogling out at the same time that I have any other creature that grows per turn (i.e primordial hydra, predator ooze etc.) I can just use him to counter any spells while playing passively until I have enough power to overwhelm my opponent. I swapped out doubling season for Inexorable Tide. I think Inexorable Tide is cheaper both as a card and with its mana cost. It's also more versatile in my opinion than doubling season, this is because it places counters on creatures already in play unlike doubling season which only puts double counters on creatures who come INTO play or spells that apply the counters after you already have Doubling Season out.
