Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. Not the usual prison build but rather I went with a flicker/ETB theme instead. This deck is broken. Absolutely oppressive and busted. So much so it's been banned in my main playgroup and at a local game store. The deck utilizes enter the battlefield effects and tries combing off many different ways. Either taking infinite turns, storming every instant and sorcery from opponents yards in one go. It can also lock out people from combat phases. The reason behind choosing GAAVI instead of Brago as the commander for a flickrr/ETB deck and the reason is the tax it makes is painful to opponents and the reduction is very helpful and also creates a bit of a red herring as many focus on my commander more than what the deck is trying to do. This deck is fast, oppressive and downright broken even without even cards you'd expect to see.
