Completely locks down the opponent by Removing their graveyard with Leyline of the Void , Forcing their lands to come into play tapped with Frozen Aether , and Keeping everything tapped with Mist of Stagnation . Then it wins through Energy Vortex .
Make sure you've thrown some cards in your graveyard before you lay down your Mist, otherwise you won't be able to untap just like your opponents, so it's a good idea to use your Crypts even if your opponent has no cards in their graveyard just so you can have cards in your own. Also Tutoring for another Tutor is a good way to stream cards into your graveyard for extra untaps, as long as it's safe to spend the turn doing basically nothing
