I was thinking of adding some Lieges, but I'm definitely going to have to find room for Ashenmoor. Hell's Caretaker, if I can get my hands on one, will probably replaced Doomed Necromancer. Skullclamp is in my possession somewhere, I'm sure.
One of my biggest problems with adding new cards is deciding what to take out. If you or anyone else has suggestions on what to remove for what, that'd be helpful. Thanks.

You're running green tokens and you don't have Parallel Lives in yet? For shame! Some other interesting ones Victimize and Cauldron Dance .
Undying Evil would have some good use since after a creature dies, they'll comeback along with their token.
Any card that says "target player sacrifices a creature'' would be amazing since you can both target yourself or can be used to get through pesky shroud/hexproof/indestructibility. There's quite a few to choose.

Shoot, of course I ended up overlooking Parallel Lives. I need to get one of those. I still have no idea what to take out...

A few that I'd consider taking out, Chill to the Bone , little expensive, and I'd say is superseded by Murder .
Elsewhere Flask since you shouldn't need to do that much much mana fixing.
Harmonize I think you have enough drawing. Or take out some other draw card.Devoted Druid has limited use.
Fierce Empath he'll only tutor 5 cards from your deck.
Stingmoggie You're not after artifacts or land( but he does have some good versatility).maybe Sanguine Praetor , I can't think of how he'll play, maybe he works well or doesn't I dunno. Up to you.

I included cards like Devoted Druid and Stingmoggie over obvious alternatives because they can kill themselves off. Murder will definitely replace Chill to the Bone , although I may put in Parallel Lives over another remove spell. Fierce Empath generally searches out my Evincar before being subject to death. Flask helps get the black I need for Visara the Dreadful or Temporal Extortion .
I dunno. I'll be looking over my options and what I have. So far I need to get Ashenmoor Liege , card:Hell's Caretaker, and Parallel Lives for sure.
Also, Cauldron of Souls helps out over Undying Evil , as the -1/-1 counters can even kill off a creature again resulting in two tokens from one creature.

I'd say Devoted Druid and Stingmoggie aren't that necessary since you have so many other ways to kill them off. If you put in some of these suggestions you won't really need another body to sac. Fair enough about Fierce Empath , I forgot that he'll beef up your tokens. And yeah, the Cauldron definitely trumps Undying Evil .
Maybe you should consider removing one or two of those equipments; you're not really focusing around beefing up one guy, you're amassing an army. Considering that, Craterhoof Behemoth would be a great addition.

Alright, so:-1 Loxodon Warhammer +1 Skullclamp
-1 Devoted Druid +1 Ashenmoor Liege
-1 Chill to the Bone +1 Parallel Lives
-1 Doomed Necromancer+1 Hell's Caretaker
-1 Isolation Cell +1 Painful Quandary
-1 Fireshrieker +1 Nim Deathmantle
Those are the four cards I'm going to order. Let me know if the cards I'm removing look like they could really go.

I'm surprised no one has suggested Doubling Season to you yet. I know it's a rather expensive card, but if you happen across one or are able to get one, I'd suggest running it right with Parallel Lives .
Also I'm loving the choice of general on this one. It's not one I've seen very often.

Why don't you run Avatar of Woe seeing as you'll have a full graveyard a lot.

I've been looking for space for Vicious Shadows but couldn't find a spot for it. It may find its way in here sooner or later.

Hmm, alright. I can understand.
Maybe remove a land? 38 to 37 isn't a big change.

38 tends to be the minimum for lands in EDH decks of mine, and replacing one of them for a seven drop doesn't seem like a very good course of action.

Wow. I usually run 33-36. But I usually run a lot of ramp, too.
Hmm, Bloodghast would be lovely in this deck.
-1 Druid's Deliverance , -1 Flesh / Blood
+1 Vicious Shadows , +1 Bloodghast ?

Lhurgoyf damn that Flesh / Blood card would work wonders in my EDH deck... sadly it can't go in because of that one darn red mana symbol... (my deck is GWB)

If beating down with Graveborn tokens is your main game plain, Ashenmoor Liege will turn them into 5/3s. Grave Pact is excellent in this type of deck if your manabase can support it. Vicious Shadows is a little high on the mana curve, but dishes out the damage nicely when things are hitting the graveyard regularly. Craterhoof Behemoth is excellent for launching your alpha strike. card:Hell's Caretaker lets you get more graveyard triggers, and is especially good if you're switching between creatures with enter the battlefield abilities. Painful Quandary is usually stronger than Isolation Cell . Skullclamp is a must-have. Hull Breach is useful for getting rid of powerful equipment, mana doublers like card:Mirari's Wake, etc.
