Graveyard deck using dredge, some cards to prevent milling myself etc.

Dredge decks have 3 main problems: 1 how do you start dredging? You need dredge cards in your graveyard. Answer is to have a few things to let you discard dredge cards, sacrifice dredge creatures (Shambling Shell, Grave-Shell Scarab), or spells with dredge(Darkblast and Nightmare Void) (since after you play them they go into the graveyard). 2 is how to keep from milling yourself if your opponent keeps killing your stuff. Answer is Battlefield Scrounger, Repopulate, elixir of immortality, etc. 3. is mana, if you dredge you are doing that instead of drawing, and except for Dakmor Salvage you won't be getting lands. You could draw instead of dredging but if you need mana you might not get it when you draw. Answer to this problem is to not start dredging until you have about 6 mana, or have Greenseeker, she lets you get the mana you need, and lets you discard a card with dredge on it so you can start dredging. Yeah there is also Life from the Loam, but at about 8 dollars each thats too expensive for me.
