One thing to consider is that Athreos' ability doesn't do anything with tokens. It looks like you're going a stax route with tokens, which is fine, but they don't necessarily synergize with your commander. I would suggest Grave Pact and Black Market along with some self-sacrifice like Viscera Seer and Fleshbag Marauder. Another route you could consider is focusing on life by playing low cost non threatening creatures, and having a ton of extort effects like Blind Obedience and Thrull Parasite and just recast all your stuff repeatedly with extort to paper cut your opponents to death. I have a cleric based athreos that does this listed under my decks that I love.

My first piece of advice, is to look at another Commander. You seem to like the Enchantment, Tokens, Stax, so I would look into the "Call the Spirits" preconstructed deck with Daxos the Returned as the Commander.
I believe he will be a better Commander than Athreos for what you're trying to do. You also get to run Athreos in the deck!!
You keep the same colors, so any cards you already have can go right in. It may also provide you with some good cards for the deck.

I strongly agree with PartyJ on the land count and even go further, because WB can be slow on ramp, you need mana rocks:
On the ramp side, there are a few things that can get you lands, but some can be expensive:
Also, any deck running black should include Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Cabal Coffers and maybe, Expedition Map to find them.
Besides all the above in my opinion this deck needs a direction on what you want to do with it, namely answering the questions What does this deck do? and How does it wins by doing that?
I also sort of agree with shaftdiggity's suggestion. Since your commander has a low CMC, and also is not very easy to deal with, you can rely on him staying on the battlefield and using his ability to get your creatures back from your graveyard. So, one way to go is by searching for creatures with relatively low CMC and/or good Enter the Battlefield effects, combined with Sacrifice Outlets.
These are some ETB examples:
- Oreskos Explorer
- Enlightened Ascetic
- Auramancer
- Blade Splicer
- Sin Collector
- Bone Shredder
- Fleshbag Marauder
- Merciless Executioner
- Slum Reaper
- Agent of Erebos
- Puppeteer Clique
- Patron of the Vein
- Angel of Serenity
- Angel of Despair
- Ashen Rider
These need to be used with an available Sac Outlet:
The way to play these cards goes like this: As they enter the battlefield, their first ability triggers and you get to exile somethin. Then, in response (or when the ability is on the stack but hasn't resolved yet you sacrifice the creature. Hence, the second ability will go to the stack, but since the first one hasn't resolved yet, there is nothing to return from exile. The first ability will then resolve, exiling something permanently.
Some good Sac Outlets exmples:
- Altar of Dementia
- Ashnod's Altar
- Phyrexian Altar
- Martyr's Cause
- Viscera Seer
- Razaketh, the Foulblooded
- Carrion Feeder
- Sadistic Hypnotist
Forcing your opponents to sacrifice with you is very good:

Uh, I forgot... a good place to look for recomendations is EDHREC, so you can see what cards people are playing with your commander and get some ideas on how to play it more consistently.

Grave Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, Nim Deathmantle, and Ashnod's Altar
Use the two artifacts on those two and you can create a army

Hi Bubbles,
welcome in EDH :-)
The best advice I would like to give you is to have alot of fun and great games. You should start as casual as possible to learn the basics of the nature of EDH. Find a great group of people to have a great time with.
While you do this, let me help you to get this deck more playable.
One thing that I already strongly recommend is to increase the landcount. Based on the average converted mana cost of all cards, which is 3.17 in your deck, I would strongly consider to start at least with 35/36 lands. There is no fun in playing games where you frequently hit mana screws.
I can make many suggestions, but I would cut the cards that you do not own yet or that you think are the least fun to play.
First get your mana base in order, then lets focus on how you wish to pilot your deck. It's fun when you choose your own course before you let others help you. It should become something you like to build and play...
We can move on to some more synergies in a next step.
