Mizzix of the Izmagnus deck with Excessive X-bombs and extra turns. Some room for improvement, open to suggestions.

Using spells with in it's cost means guaranteed experience counters, pushing their number higher and higher with out limitation. card:experience tokens add to the oomph in x-bombs like Fireball, and a guarantees another experience counter, making the next x-bomb even bigger and so-forth. With enough counters, any extra turn spell, becomes a Time Walk. Add a copy spell and that's 2 more turns with more x-bombs on the way

Mizzix of the Izmagnus comes with limitations. Inevitably, Mizzix decks become dependent on their commander for their win condition. If your opponents can keep Mizzix off the board, then your left scrambling for mana and trying to control others' boards while Mizzix is replayed for 6,8,10... Things like Goblin Electromancer can be included to try to help perform Mizzix's work while she's away, maybe a Sphinx-Bone Wand to try to get some synergy out of instants and sorceries, but Mizzix is left looking like a weak Commander. Lightning Greaves helps, but Fleshbag Marauder or Earthquake or any number of non-targeted removal will sneak around shroud. Enter extra turns. To get your spells off with out concern for loss of Mizzix, then squeezing in a few extra turns while your opponents lands are tapped is one very effective way to achieve that. While extra turns are a bit of a taboo, if you want to be competitive with Mizzix as your commander, it's a necessary evil. And if you're going to take extra turns then what better way to do it than with Mizzix?

The Insane Combos

Hostility - Melek, Izzet Paragon - Fire Servant. Get any of those on the board... better yet, get two of them down. Or even, all 3 (happened only once) I'll just let your imagination do the rest.

Get Rite of Replication onto Fire Servant. 6 fire servants = damage x 64!

Melek, Izzet Paragon (or Future Sight) with Jace, The mind sculpter or Mystic Speculation is pretty cool. Anything that shuffles your library can be helpful too, Terramorphic Expanse , Traumatic Visions etc.

Muddle the Mixture can pull out Lightning Greaves etc, or Fanning the Flames, or Mind Spring , or under certain conditions Thought Vessel is useful to pluck out.

what this deck needs, better land, more draw, better ramp. pretty much that's it.
