Goal

Make the cats chonky, then hit your opponents with them. Chonkify them with your commander's ability, the handful of equipments in the deck, or by buffing them in large quantity.

Early Game

Ideally you will have one of the five 1-mana cats, which will allow you to begin attacking with them (with Arahbo's +3/+3 ability) on turn 2. Alternatively/additionally, you will have one of the several ramp spells and will be targeting one of your Forest-Plain dual lands like Temple Garden, Sunpetal Grove, Arctic Treeline, or Scattered Groves, in that order.

Because your commander's ability works no matter where he is, you should try to be attacking as often as you can, without leaving yourself exposed.

Notables Cards and Combos

• Card draw occurs mainly through casting cats and The Great Henge, Guardian Project, Vanquisher's Banner, Realmwalker, or Lifecrafter's Bestiary. There are a few other ways to draw, and cards that specifically draw equipment.

Win Conditions

• Arahbo, Roar of the World + Mirari's Wake will give you the mana to trigger the 1GW buff ability on multiple cats
• Large scale buffs through Akroma's Will, Beastmaster Ascension, Triumph of the Hordes, Overwhelming Stampede, Jazal Goldmane, or many small various small buffs
• Getting large damage through with Rogue's Passage, one of the trample-enablers like Behemoth Sledge, or through forestwalk like Mirri, Cat Warrior
• Surviving board wipes (your's or opponent's) through Heroic Intervention, Flawless Maneuver, Akroma's Will
• Kindred Summons or White Sun's Zenith the endstep before your turn, attacking with them immediately on your turn
• Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist + lots of cats
• Chameleon Colossus's ability + Mirari's Wake to activate it several times + unblockability/trample
• Infect damage from Lost Leonin
