Tibor and Lumia deck, tries to mess with your opponents while getting to play fun spells. It's very budget but seems to be a fun one. I had inspiration from EDHREC and Justin Parnell's Tibor and Lumia deck in the second season of Commander Vs. The way Lumia's eyes are covered reminds me of a superhero, but they look kinda goofy and so, Tibor and Lumia always remind me of Great Saiyaman and Great Saiyawoman from Dragon Ball Z.
