The muscle:

Blood Baron of Vizkopa: This guy is resilient, avoids most removal, and gives me some life as well.

Obzedat, Ghost Council : Gives life, avoids sorcery speed removal, drains enemys... amazing card.

Boros Reckoner : The good ol' 2 for 1 a must have in many decks.

Snapcaster Mage: Aids in control as well as providing a chump blocker.

Lingering Souls: Card provides reach, evasion, and chump blockers.

The Brains:

Jace, Architect of Thought: Nothing says card advantage like Jacey-poo. Also helps against aggro.

Detention Sphere: gets rid of top quality threats and can buy valuable time.

Azorius Charm: I prefer this to Think Twice the bounce and the lifelink come in handy.

Supreme Verdict: A board wipe on turn 4 leads to a massive advantage turn 5

Warleader's Helix : my favorite burn spell, the deck has alot of lifegain and removal, why not have both for the price of one?

Sphinx's Revelation : Nothing short of amazing, gives card advantage, life, and a target for snap caster to do all over again.

Dissipate &Syncopate: NO!
