Its pretty competitive (not sure how to link places) but what makes the deck tier 1.5? is it because its not a net deck?

"Not a netdeck"
I lolled
Aside from the totally out of place Warleader's Helix, it's an Esper Control deck point blank and, among the list of tier 1 decks, it's in the bottom half of the list which makes it tier 1.5.

I find it different from esper control Warleader's Helix
aside, esper leans on Nephalia Drownyard
as a primary win condition. I have won many games through Warleader's Helix
+ Snapcaster Mage
the life gain is great and I find it worth splashing red. Aside from Augur of Bolas
not being in the deck (something in every esper) the deck has 12 creatures roughly double of all the qualifying esper decks. I understand your reasoning but the fact is that the deck works and it works quite well.

There is also Tribute to Hunger which is probably a much better choice :P and frees up your mana so you don't need any red mana :D.

Boros Reckoner is hard to play if you don't run any red, splashing for Warleader's Helix will make him more reliable.

The Greatest Deck In Standard doesn't have an AEtherling ? I don't see how this can be so.

AEtherling is a great recommendation, he's a powerhouse for sure. I am personally not a fan of Blood Baron of Vizkopa due to his double qualifier - perhaps drop them for 2x AEtherling and a 4th Boros Reckoner ?

Just cause your not a fan of a card doesn't mean it isn't good. His deck is fine and you really should only suggest where he points to. AEtherling does have survivavbility, but he already has so much high costing cmc cards and not a lot of ways to hold off the enemy till turn 6.

Whoa, calm yourself down there armchair warrior. You're right though: what's the point of providing some input on a deck that is posted on a public website promoting deck input and discussion. What was I thinking???

I like the Tribute to Hunger idea but it does hurt my mana base as far as the Boros Reckoner . As far as the blood baron goes i think he should stay seeing how black and white are the highest played color at the local shop. As far as the 5 counterspells, the 3 Azorius Charm , the 3 Detention Sphere , and the Warleader's Helix i do manage to hold off until late game, and with a strong sideboard against aggro it does work quite well. With that said where should AEtherling fit?

If I were you, I would probably just drop one Obzedat, Ghost Council and put in one AEtherling . With Jace, Architect of Thought -2, it is possible to stumble into him and get it to your hand, or already have him in your hand and hold it until the 7th turn or even top deck him later. And if you wanna run 2, you can drop one Lingering Souls . They're decent chump blockers, but I've always preferred board wipes to chump blocks, so maybe consider a Terminus or two in place of the other Lingering Souls . The miracle price doesn't require you to immediately play it, so if you have out a creature that you want to keep safe, you can attack with it, Azorius Charm it back to your hand, the board wipe on your second main phase, then put it back down safely and wide open. Oh, and also, how would you feel about Boros Charm so that on turn four, you could potentially use the infinite life combo with reckoner using Azorius Charm for lifelink and the Boros Charm for indestructibility? It's also potentially eight damage to an opponent's life with Snapcaster Mage and you could double strike any of your creatures with it and your opponent's gonna have a bad time. Especially an unblockable 8/1 AEtherling or a big ol' 4/4 lifelink Blood Baron of Vizkopa . But those are just some thoughts, hope you like them. :P

yeah i could probably squeeze room for an AEtherling and Boros Charm

Then you must have a pretty bad FNM crowd if they can't figure out how to beat a tier 1.5 deck. Either that or you're lying.
