The ultimate goal is to cast Deceiver of Form , then on the next turn cast Conduit of Ruin and place Bane of Bala Ged on top of the Library.

Reclaim is used to place one of your dead creatures on top of the library. It could be used to retrieve a Deceiver of Form. Or to get a dead bane on the library before combat.

I will admit, this is a long shot. The opponent know what you are trying to do when Deciever of Form is casted. I'm just spit-balling here. I have gotten this combo to work ONCE. There is nothing like having five Banes of Bala Ged on the battlefield attacking all at once.
