Green Deck Don't Die (Modern MTG Deck)

I've played this deck on game day today (with a sideboard without swords...I didn't think about them for some reason :p). Score 3 - 1 which gave me a top 4 place out of 16 people. This was the first time I tried the deck and it worked out really well :)!
