Green Devotion is too fun not to play this standard. So, Elvish Mystic is a solid one drop mana creature. Kalonian Tusker is a devotion blessing with 3/3. Sylvan Caryatid is a pumped defender mana creature. Reverent Hunter thrives as a third turn drop JUST because of Kalonian Tusker . Then, of course, there's Courser of Kruphix as your normal third turn drop. Moving on, we have the uber-beatstick of the deck, Polukranos, World Eater . Thirteen mana on field? Top deck Polukranos? YES PLEASE. You think I'm kidding, but every playtest has yielded AT LEAST ten mana per game, thirteen was average. Next comes Nylea, God of the Hunt , herself. She punishes opponents for having the nerve to block, and combined with her Bow, she is a pain in the butt for my opponent. I swing, you block? Nylea gives everything trample, her Bow gives every attacker Deathtouch. Assign one damage to your creature , it dies, assign the rest to you. Arbor Colossus , yet another beater. The you have Ordeal of Nylea to get you those much needed lands. Bow of Nylea keeps me alive, pumps my creatures, and just makes my opponent not want to block. Aspect of Hydra and Giant Growth insure you have the bigger swing. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is just fun. Garruk, Caller of Beasts is pretty much the heartbeat of the deck. Once he is on the feild, he pretty much sets up the pace. So, thoughts? Concerns? Questions? Fears? Blessings? Lets here them. I'm willing to take any and all suggestions to heart. Anything to make the deck better. Thanks for reading!
