I dont think you need Bow of Nylea since your creatures are more than likely gonna be bigger or In Garruk's Wake since your deck is mostly creature based and youd probably have more problems with control than other creature decks.
that being said, some good creatures to add/replace what you have could be:
Genesis Hydra ramp into it to make it big, look through your cards and get a free creature!
Hydra Broodmaster pretty decent on its own, but if it survives, you can start popping out huge baby hydras too.
Nessian Wilds Ravager kill a creature or have a 12/12 immediately, not a bad deal at all.
Kalonian Hydra just a really good creature that can finish games if left unchecked for too long.
Setessan Tactics is also a good card if you want some removal in green.

I actually run kalonian hydra and a few other things ,but I am making a list for rotation. I find that mono black hurts me a lot so I actually was trying to get aetherspouts in but it wont let me for some reason. Especially if they run a lot of fliers. So I just put garruk's wake in because its fun it kills planeswalkers as well. The plan though is to run the aetherspouts to help with aggro match ups and any other big creature match ups.

against mono black you'll probably be dead before you can use garruk's wake, but even if not, they'll just whip gary for those last few points of damage like that deck always does. Thats just my opinion anyway and im not the best player, but i do play pretty competitively and i like to build my own decks rather than net deck so i have a decent idea of how to combat them.
also, idk what the deal with aetherspouts is

Yeah In Garruk's Wake was just put in there for the heck of it cause for one I was waiting on my aetherspouts and two was that I can't get them to go through on here. I actually do well against mono black if I can get a bow out and gain the life though.

Maybe you should run Kiora, the Crashing Wave instead of some of or all of the Polymorphist's Jest s; my playtesting with jest led to it being sideboarded out almost every time. Maybe run as a one-of with two Kiora's for extra land drop, because you can never have too many lands.

I actually love that. I will definitely pick up three Kiora, the Crashing Wave and put the Polymorphist's Jest sideboard.

Hello, i like your list, as i am running something similar. It is based on a list that started out Simic as well. If you would like go ahead and check it out here.
i think the most important things i would like to point out are cards that will soon rotate out, but would be better for your deck.
Prime Speaker Zegana will draw you cards and give you a creature. For now much better than Life's Legacy . If you don't want to go that route Garruk, Caller of Beasts really works well. Your creature count is so high, you are going to draw 2 to 3 cards on average, which is really good. Even if you whiff, it still makes your draws better as it get's land off the top of your deck.
Cyclonic Rift is a huge blowout, i can't count how many games i have won with that card now... i really like AEtherspouts , but the problem with that card is when your opponent knows you have it in your hand he can easily play around it. Since you run Courser of Kruphix and cards like Thoughtseize are around, many times it's not going to be a surprise. If it's not a surprise it's not a blowout. If you have mana for Cyclonic Rift overload, your opponent does not have many good options to play around it. Not to mention how many times you just have to bounce one thing, like a planeswalker that's about to ultimate...
As far as cards that are not going to rotate out of Standard, i really really like Genesis Hydra and i know she's expensive, but Nissa, Worldwaker just wins games all by herself. Even though i don't run the bee's now Hornet Queen is really good, and having a single Chord of Calling cannot hurt. In fact i think it would be best if you took out a Prophet of Kruphix in exchange for a Chord. i ran Prophet before and having 2 was enough for me, plus a Chord is just like having 3 but better in that you can fetch something else, like a Soul of Zendikar or a Master Biomancer :)
Good luck with the deck Cheers!

Yeah as for the deck it actually started mono green then I started adding blue. I actually ran garruk and cyclonic rift though as well and I am just trying to get something ready to go and try once everything rotates. I do also plan on getting some nissas and trying them. Also I could try a chord of calling. I actually was just about to try Genesis hydra as well but I am just not sure what I wamt to take out. Thanks for your suggestions and for taking a look. I definitely plan on trying a few things you mentioned.

Cut out 1 Prophet of Kruphix, 2 Arbor Colossus, 1 Hydra Broodmaster, and add 4 Kiora's Follower. Doubling the use of Karametra's Acolyte or of Nykthos is worth it. Genesis Hydra fits in the same spot as Hydra Broodmaster. It's smaller, but is more reliable against the controlling decks that try to destroy your creatures.

I'd take out 1x Polukranos, World Eater to add one more Nylea, God of the Hunt .
