This is pretty close to a deck I threw together on my buddy's MTGO account the other day just for fun, but it proved to be more effective than I originally thought it would be so I figured I'd post it and see what everyone thinks.

The cards aren't exactly as they are in the online version, but the idea is the same. An early Skarrgan Pit-Skulk really helps set the deck in motion, but with all the other cheap creatures aiding Scion of the Wild and Siege Wurm it isn't a necessity; spire Tracer is another early drop that helps get in some fast damage.
