My current standard deck. Essentially a budget version of Abzan aggro (cutting out black alone cleaves the price in half) built around Dragonscale General. Not to be underestimated.

Turn one plays like Warden of the First Tree, Hardened Scales, and Elvish Mystic all get this deck off to a great start. Warden grows fast, and the next turn he can start turning into a serious threat, especially if you don't have a Fleecemane Lion on hand as your two drop. Hardened Scales won't start reaping benefits for another couple turns, but it's really come in handy once you start pumping so it's a good investment. Elvish Mystic, however, is my top pick for a turn one play, simply because he pushes you a valuable turn ahead. With a turn one Mystic, you can drop your bomb (Dragonscale General or Citadel Siege) on turn three which puts you in a great position. Also, with three mana on turn two we can drop an Abzan Falconer or Sandsteppe outcast, or either of the aforementioned one drops with a two drop like Fleecemane. This deck's three mana step is a lot bigger than its two mana step (especially considering most of our two drops are removal spells) so a mana hop is immensely valuable.

Once turn three or four hits and we've got a Dragonscale General or a Citadel Siege in play (or both, quite possibly, on turn four), things start to get big real fast. The great thing about both of these cards is that they take effect the turn they come in. Play the General in either main phase, and you've already got a nice bolster under your belt (plus a 2/3) at the end of the turn. Play Siege in the first main phase, and you immediately get to start pumping once combat starts. Citadel Siege is also exceptional in that it can function as a great control card in a pinch. Against regular Abzan Aggro (currently the top standard deck), neutralizing a bruiser each turn can really cut down the opposing damage output and buy valuable time. Needless to say, it's similarly effective against most other aggro builds.

Dromoka is basically your endgame. Once you've got her out (supposing the previous turns have gone decently well), +1/+1 counters are pretty much pouring out of your ass, so have a party.
