Hello! This deck is a variation of this list, from Cgomes:

Grenzo Mono-Red Aggro-Control

They spent a lot of time and effort building and tunning it. It's mostly the same thing with a few variations based on personal preferences and circunstances. The core concept is the same and if you want to read more about the list in general and how it came to be, go to Cgomes page! If you wanna go really deep you can find videos of the deck performing and a lot of data of the changes it went through over time there, talking about card choices and such.

About my own take on the list:

CIRCUNSTANCIAL CHANGES There is no Sol Ring in the deck cause it's banned in my playgroup. I run Lotus Petal cause it's the next best piece of artifact fast mana i could find, and has the upside of helping casting grenzo on turn 1, something that sol ring cannot do.

I play mostly in paper and i cannot afford Mishra's Workshop at all, so i tested several utility lands instead. I had crystal veins in that slot for ramp but ended up putting Scavenger Grounds instead cause i felt the utility in general was worth it, as the original list lacked any form of graveyard hate and had narrow use for it as a resource.

There are more differences between this list and Cgomes one. I'll add more comments about it in the future, so stay tunned!
