When Throne of Eldraine released, I had an idea to create a "Budget Battle Box" of five EDH decks built around the cycle of five mono-colored Legendary Knights printed at Uncommon, with a budget of ~$30 for each deck. Grim Dealings is the black deck built around Syr Konrad, the Grim.

As you may have guessed, the deck is about moving creatures into and out of the graveyard to maximize Syr Konrad's ability. Given the budget nature of this deck, I wasn't able to use all the best cards, but there are some solid substitutions in my opinion. We have a number of cards for self-mill (Gorging Vulture, Mire Triton, Necromancer's Assistant), as well as sacrifice creatures (Plaguecrafter, Merciless Executioner) to bring the pain to the opponents.
