DreamGoddessLindseyHe is, but at the same time, Phenax does nothing for this deck either. If I was going to use Phenax, I'd just use him as a commander, as you have to build around using him. If you have to build around using him, then you might as well make him your general.

No idea why people are so obsessed with the idea of mill but shrug Oona is a win condition and not a card that has mill written on it. But ANYWAY if I could suggest a few cards I would throw just straight up Counterspell (although I see you already have a mana drain!) and potentially Pact of Negation simply for protecting your big threats as most of them are going to be fantastic if they stick around. Snapcaster is already in your maybe board but I strongly suggest that addition as well. Also Cavern of Souls on wizard seems kinda sweet. Cards that I would cut are Treasure Mage Elixir of Immortality and maybe Magus of the Coffers but these are just my suggesstions! +1 Naturally

Hey thanks for the +1 and suggestions, and with that said let's talk about that.
Pact of Negation.. yeah I think it's necessary too... not sure what I should do though to put it in.
Treasure Mage is card search, and mind slaver, caged sun, and contagion engine are parts of having good board position I need. Also.. he's a wizard...with Azami.. that's more card draw. That being said... I guess snap caster for him is better over all in the deck.. I can't argue with that... I'd just be a bad player if I did. He's also a wizard.. and grabbing another draw for me.
Magus of the coffers I'm thinking keeping, but if I get rid of it, I'll add in either baleful strix, or possibly Nirkana. Elixir I have in there for numerous reasons, one is if I get milled, or if I need to get something into my deck, and then can use search for it, or even if Laboratory doesn't work out as intended, I can crack it and boom cards in deck again.

I participated in the TapDown Duel Series run by Dreno33, it was awesome and I enjoyed it very much so, especially the part where I won the duel ;-) however the series is still just getting started and we gotta get more user's involved, hint, it can get stale seeing the same people do it so I prolly won't be in it again til they do a Champion's Series Return or sum ish like that, which will be equally Epic.

I didn't think Crypt Ghast was usable due to the B/W hybrid symbol in Extort.

That only matters in it's converted mana cost, not it's abilities, which I can use as well since it's an ability.

I really wanted to add Crypt Ghast to my deck, so I just looked it up. The ruling on activated abilities is that they can't use mana outside of your commander's color identity to activate them.
However Extort is different since the White mana symbol is in reminder text. Quote below:
"EXTORT
"With the release of Gatecrash, we'd like to clarify our stance on extort by confirming that, as always, reminder text has no effect on color identity. Extort adds no colored mana symbols to a card outside of its reminder text, and therefore is legal for play in Commander decks of any color or colors (as long as the card it appears on is otherwise legal, of course). There will be no updates to the rules in the foreseeable future that affect how extort works in Commander."
I think I'll be adding Extort to my deck now that I know I can!

You don't have alot of options to deal with threats that slip past your counterspells. and you have synergy in your deck already for 6 cost artifacts. Try Eternity Vessel to make people leave your health alone. Why hit someone for less than lethal if they will heal it all back next turn? This card makes people direct small damage at someone who it will "stick to". The next best thing after healing is maintaining however much life you already have.
Also I noticed you aren't running Bloodchief Ascension . It makes mill deadly and provides healing. I love it!

I don't think that Inexorable Tide is worth it in this deck. Sure you have lots of planswalkers, but as a control deck you usually sit back and only play spells when required, you're not sitting there and spamming stuff. But thats just an observation, I am happt to be wrong about that one.
Basalt Monolith should be an auto-include in the deck, you already have Rings of Brighthearth and it gives you another infinite mana loop. Also, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea might be good to let you draw your opponent out at instant speed. On the topic of lands, things like Lonely Sandbar and Barren Moor aren't worth it. I know they are an extra card draw with Crucible of Worlds , but if you want more crad draw go with things like Cephalid Coliseum .
Also, Tunnel Vision is a nice little combo with Spell Crumple and Hinder and you can use things like Vessel of Endless Rest to retuck opponent's stuff. You may also consider upping your countermagic - things like Counterspell , Arcane Denial , Pact of Negation and even Mindbreak Trap are all good.
Other than that looks really cool.

Crumbling Sanctuary is a must have in mill decks for me.

Phenax is objectively better than Millstone in every possible way.
