4 card combo deck, which goes infinite on ETB triggers, dealing damage with Impact Tremors/Furious Assault/Cinder Pyromancer in the process.
Basically you need a mana filterer (Skyshroud Elf), a Grinning Ignus, an Impact Tremors/Furious Assault/Cinder Pyromancer and a cost reducer
(Brighthearth Banneret, Thornscape Familiar).
Once you have all pieces out, activate Grinning Ignus ability, 2R will add to your mana pool. Then you cast it again for 1R (or less) due to our cost reducers, turn
your extra C into R through mana filterers, bounce Grinning Ignus back to hand, cast it again and then repeat over and over again, each time you cast Grinning Ignus you'll deal 1 damage.
With Cinder pyromancer instead of Impact Tremors or Furious Assault is pretty much the same but you have to activate it yourself for damage, then untap it when grinning ignus hits the board and repeat.
I haven't playtested a lot with this deck, but i recently won 2-1 against MBC, elves and Kuldotha (I only played those 3 matches to date).
The version I used didn't have any Furious Assaults as it's not in xmage yet, instead I was playing 2 more Smokebraiders and 2 Wild Guess.
Sb choices are pretty much untested and undeveloped it's just a bunch of useful stuff. Only comment is Moment's Peace won me the match against elves.
On the few matches I played with this, I went off between turn 4 and 8.
Goldfishing it for a while, I realized it goes off consistently between turns 5 and 7, but 4 is also possible as well as +7.
Commune with Nature, Commune with the Gods and Seek the Wilds are the best combo-pieces searchers I found. I had to make several mana adjustements for including them, but they totally worth it as they dig deep enough to improve the consistency of the deck.
Combos:
-Impact Tremors + Grinning Ignus + Skyshroud Elf + Brighthearth Banneret
-Furious Assault + Grinning Ignus + Skyshroud Elf + Thornscape Familiar
-Cinder Pyromancer + Grinning Ignus + Skyshroud Elf + Brighthearth Banneret
And all other possible combinations between them.
The only problem is combo pieces are too fragile, so sb choices / maybeboard are all about protection against control and delaying aggro stuff.
