This represents my first commander build. Kess, Dissident Mage is the commander of this control/spellslinger deck. Bide your time with counterspells and board wipes. Lower the cost of instants and sorceries. Play spells from your graveyard. Copy spells. Get through most of your deck.

This was a fun and easy build for me being that I had many of these instants and sorceries leftover from my Modern Storm build. It also just so happened that i had Kess in my library already.
