Neon dynasty has a huge amount of artifacts. I also happen to hate myself. Putting these two things together, I created a neon dynasty three-color artifact tribal deck. just because it doesn't completely suck doesn't mean you should play it. Every nonland permanent having the artifact type makes it super easy to pump up dragonspark reactor and patchwork automaton, as well as tons of mechtitan core fodder. This also means that every creature is doubly subject to removal, because this set is built around not only artifact love, but also artifact hate. this deck also curves out incredibly fast, relying on activated abilities and combat to seal the deal. Will probably workshop that part of the deck more.
