The deck is designed to clear the board, and stick a Demonic Pact by turn 4. Hopefully Harmless Offering is in hand, but if not, there are plenty of ways to look for it, including using one of the modes from Demonic Pact.

I'm on the fence about Curious Homunculus   , but honestly, after a lot of play testing, he has done great work in closing out games.

Yes, I know Emrakul is in the format, and she does wreck this strategy, which is why I'm hoping for some help with the sideboard.
