This deck is a modified version of the Commander 2013 Mind Seize Jeleva deck. I based the deck on Nekusar's ability to force people to draw and take damage based on card draw. There are other cards throughout the deck with similar abilities.

I realize this deck isn't the strongest compared to others, but it is definitely a nuisance.
