This deck is fairly consistent and the idea is widespread. The idea, besides dealing massive damage to everyone through card draw, is to have enough permission in the deck and knowledge of what you can allow to be played and what you MUST counter. The table is going to play spells that will(and should) resolve and they are going to eventually hate you.

The Wheels/Mass Draw: Incendiary Command, Laquatus's Creativity ,Prosperity, Jace's Archivist ,Well of Ideas,Wheel of Fortune,Wheel of Fate,Wheel and Deal,Whispering Madness,Teferi's Puzzle Box, Dragon Mage, Winds of Change, Cerebral Vortex, Spiteful Visions ,Whirlpool Warrior, Molten Psyche,Windfall,Reforge the Soul,Font of Mythos,Forced Fruition,Consecrated Sphinx,Seizan, Perverter of Truth,Nin, the Pain Artist,Kami of the Crescent Moon

Tax for Draw/Discard: Fate Unraveler,Underworld Dreams,Megrim, Phyrexian Tyranny ,Liliana's Caress,Psychosis CrawlerProtection: Lightning Greaves,Swiftfoot Boots,Champion's Helm,Diplomatic Immunity, Guard Gomazoa , Propaganda, Evil Twin for Commander lock

Permission: Counterspell, Squelch , Trickbind, I am going to be adding Time Stop,Last Word,Force of Will, and Pyroblast

Loose Ends: Time Reversal and Elixir of Immortality are there to recoup your yard if you need. Venser's Journal was a filler card for me, but the life gain is actually great for this deck. Mizzium Transreliquat is there to copy anything useful and contribute to Molten Psyche. Cyclonic Rift is a game winner, and Sigil of Sleep is capable of keeping the board clear when applied to Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Fate Unraveler, or Sakashima the Imposter targeting either. Havoc Festival can accelerate the pace of the game and force people to panic, but it will probably be replaced. Numerous mana rocks, Pyromancer's Goggles are an all-star in this build. Leyline of Punishment is just there for Oloro decks. Dream Halls, Notion Thief, and Mind Over Matter are all game changers(winners) if used right, but they can blow up in your face. Laboratory Maniac makes Notion Thief less scary to play.

Definately has some holes and some cards missing, but it already hurts when this deck gets rolling. If the deck is able to keep momentum, usually through selective countering, it can tear the table apart at once. They can't really hate, you are responsible for everyone at the table drawing twice what they normally would.
